5th Annual Penn State Ferret Frolic

Everyone is welcome! We will be having a potluck lunch. If you would like to attend the potluck lunch, please bring a dish to share and a drink for yourself. The shelter will be providing a main dish (submarine sandwiches).

Ferret Fun Matches – Tube Race, Cup Tip, Paper Bag Escape, Best Beggar, etc. There will be ribbons for everyone and a cute trophy for 1st place. Entry fee is $1 per ferret, except for the tube race - that is $10 and you get to keep the 20' clear dryer tube (a $15 value).

Cool raffle prizes to be won! The raffle is the biggest fundraiser for the shelter (so don't forget your money!), and if you would like to donate any items, please contact Mary.

ALL ferrets MUST have proof of current canine distemper (Fervac-D, Purevax or Galaxy-D only) and rabies vaccination (Imrab-3) only to get into the frolic, as well as NEGATIVE test results for ALEUTIAN DISEASE VIRUS (ADV) within six months of the Frolic date. If you have questions about ADV and testing, please contact me directly. This is especially important since we are in a public area with non-ferret people and other animals. Vaccinations can save your ferret's life!
